Scrutiny is a noise installtion that proposes the possiblity of being watched or survailanced by someone or a large group of viewers. The static of the TV suggests that the viewer is by themself and that nothing is being recorded despite the words on the screen. The static also acts as an antagonist, it is silent, repeating and offers the view no information or security.
